Omega – 40 Years of the De Ville Range – The 2010 St. Valentin Edition

Omega – 40 Years of the De Ville Range – The 2010 St. Valentin Edition

In 1960, flatness and simplified yet elegant design were the initial characteristics of the watch range that quickly had become the most diversified collection of the prestigious Omega watch manufacture. The De Ville watches left an indelible imprint on their era without ever ending up in a specific drawer, a truly versatile yet still distinctive range. The newest addition denotes the design of Omega’s contemporary chronographs. A typical loaded face, protected with a sapphire crystal, with four sub-dials for seconds, a seven-day counter, a 12-hour counter and a 30-minute counter characterize this timepiece, while the bold 44mm case embodies a self-winding Omega 3603 caliber with free sprung-balance, co-axial escapement and a power reserve of up to 55 hours.
