Today, Sony announced the leader of its XBR-branded Bravia LCD range, the XBR8 and the XBR7(pictured) in size with an 70 inch flagship. The eyecandy offering LCDs feature a bottom-mounted speaker suspended from a pane of glass with an interchangeable grill, the black-level improving TRILUMINOS three-color LED backlight technology, the BRAVIA Engine 2 processors and vibrant colors at 120Hz with native 1080p.
