Inside the Agera R rumbles a twin turbo-charged aluminum 5.0-liter V8, a seven-speed dual clutch and a seemingly endless feature list including carbon ceramic brakes with Sport ABS, hydraulic lifting system, tire monitoring system, rear-view camera and so on.
