An Italian company called Mac@Work has luxury iPod buds that are covered in white gold and adorned with diamonds. There are four designs available to choose from, including hearts, stars, crescents and lightening bolts. The company also has buds in the same designs, but made with pink sapphires instead of diamonds. Thus makes it a small but concisely assortment to choose from as a present for her.
