In the 30s, the BMW 328 set multiply standards in matters of lightweight construction and aerodynamics making it a seriously dominating racing car. Today, BMW has the honor to pay tribute to the 75th anniversary with this re-interpretation the BMW 328 Hommage. With the aim to convey the concept that gave birth to the original 328, the Hommage has been littered with carbon fibre that is also a dominant detail in the inside. The extremely flat and wedge-shaped Hommage finds refinement through multiple small chrome details, a leather strap wrapped over the front and hommage rims with a decent hole pattern swathed with a fiber glass layer. Beside a definitely luxurious inside, the deep black polished aluminum parts also help the car to weighing in at a mere 1.700 lbs. making it a serious street-slicing machine.
